Our promise
We want you to love your CheekZee order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return email us at cheekzee2001@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
